First write the balanced equation of the reaction,
\\CuSO_4 (s) + aq \rightarrow CuSO_4\cdot5H_2O\;\;\;\;\Delta H = - 60KJ \\CuSO_4\cdot5H_2O + aq \rightarrow CuSO_4\cdot5H_2O\;\;\;\;\Delta H = -11.2KJ

We have to add the above equations to get the desired equation.
\Delta_{hyd} H = \Delta H_1 + \Delta H _2

Heat of Hydration = - 60KJ - 11.2KJ = -71.2 KJ
