For P ; R_1 = 2 \sqrt{ (H-h_2 )h_2}\\\\ For Q ; R_2 = 2 \sqrt { H-h_1 (h_1)}\\\\ R_1 = R_2 \\\\ \Rightarrow (H-h _1) h_1 = (H-h_2 ) h_2 \\\\ \Rightarrow [H- (h_1+h_2)][h_1-h_2)] = 0

 H= h_1+ h_2 is irrelevent as the two holes are at any random position 

h_1= h_2\: \: or \: \: \frac{h_1}{h_2}= 1
