Molecular Markers -

RAPD (Random Amplified polymorphic DNA), RFLP (Restinction fragment length polymorphism), SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats). STR (Short Tandem Repeat) are molecular marker used in investigation of phylogenetic tree and other evolutionary relationship.
