As we have learned

Heat Current -

I_{H}=\frac{\theta_{1}-\theta_{2}}{R_{th}}

- wherein

\theta_{1}-\theta_{2}= The temperature difference between the two ends of the conductor.

 \frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t} = \frac{\Delta \theta}{R} \Rightarrow \frac{(\frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t})_1}{(\frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t})_2}= \frac{R_2}{R_1}....(1)\\\\\\ R = \frac{l }{KA} \Rightarrow \frac{R_1}{R_2} = (\frac{l_1}{l_2})\cdot (\frac{A_2}{A_1})= \frac{2}{1} \cdot (\frac{2}{1})^2

\frac{R_1}{R_2}= 8/1....(2)\\\\

\frac{(\frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t})_1}{(\frac{\Delta Q}{\Delta t})_2}= 1/8
