Z= \sqrt{R^{2}+4\pi ^{2}\nu ^{2}L^{2}}

 Z= \sqrt{R^{2}+X_L^{2}}

Z^{2}= R^{2}+X_L^{2}

X_L^{2}=Z^{2}- R^{2}

\left (\omega L \right )=\sqrt{Z^{2}- R^{2}}

2\pi f L=\sqrt{Z^{2}- R^{2}}

L=\frac{\sqrt{Z^{2}- R^{2}}}{2\pi f}

L=\frac{\sqrt{(4-1)*10^6}}{2*3.14*30}

L=9.18H
