When the same voltage source is connected across another device Q the same current is observed in the circuit but in phase with the applied voltage . The current when the same source is connected across a series combination of P and Q will be ? Sir , in this case the current will lead or lag the voltage . Also by how much phase difference

cosider this question as RC circuit

and in RC circuit Current will lead voltage.

phase difference = 45^0
