Among the four given ions, Fluoride ion and oxide ion is isoelectronic and Se^{2-} ion and
Rb^{+} ion are isoelectronic. We know that among the isoelectronic species, the size is
more for anions having more negative charge.

Therefore, among Fluoride ion and oxide ion , oxide shall be bigger whereas among Se^{2-} ion and Rb^{+} ion, Se^{2-} ion shall be bigger. Se^{2-} has electronic configuration of [Ar] and oxide ion has electronic configuration of [Ne]. As we move down the group, size increases. Therefore, Se^{2-} ion is largest among the given options.
