In KMnO_4 ,Mn is +7 oxidation state.

Mn^7^+(Z=25)\rightarrow [Ar]^1^83d^04s^0

It has no unpaired electron but still KMnO_4 is dark pink in colour.

In K_2MnO_4 , Mn is +6 oxidation state.

Mn^6^+(Z=25)\rightarrow [Ar]^1^83d^14s^0

It has 1 unpaired electron.

InMnSO_4 , Mn is +2 oxidation state

Mn^2^+(Z=25)\rightarrow [Ar]^1^83d^54s^0

It has 5 unpaired electron.

In MnCl_2 , Mn is +2 oxidation state.

Mn^2^+(Z=25)\rightarrow [Ar]^1^83d^54s^0

Therefore,  option (1) is correct.
