Strong reducing agent. Increases down the group except for Li which is the strongest reducing agent

M (g)\rightarrow M^{+} (g) + e^{-} ionisation\ ethalpy\\ M^{+}(g) + H{_{2}}O\rightarrow M^{+}(aq.) hydration\ ethalpy

 

 Due to small size of Li+ , its hydration enthalpy is the highest and hence Li is the strongest reducing agent.

Therefore, option (4) is correct.
