A bag contains 15 balls, out of which some are white and the others areblack. If the probability of drawing a black ball at random from the bag is \frac{2}{3} ,  then find how many white balls are there in the bag.

Given \rightarrow Total balls in bag = 15
Let Black balls in bag be x
white balls in bag = 15-x
Now, probability that the drawn is black p\left ( B \right )= \frac{2}{3}---(1)
Also, probability p\left ( B \right ) can be expressed as 
p\left ( B \right )= \frac{no \, of\, black\, balls}{Total\, no\, of \, balls}= \frac{x}{15}
comparing with eq (1)
\frac{2}{3}= \frac{x}{15}
\Rightarrow x= 15\times \frac{2}{3}= 10
No of white balls = 15-x= 15-10
                            = 5
