(
i) Draw a circle of radius 4 cm
(ii) Draw a point A, 6 cm away from centre O
(iii) Join AO and make perpendicular bisector of AO
(iv) Let M be the mid point of AO
(v) Make a circle centred at M with radius MO
(vi) Let it intersect the given circle at B and C
(vii) Join AB and AC
(viii) AB and AC are the required tangent
