First two-digit no. divisible by 7 = 14

                        \Rightarrow a = 14

The multiples will form an A.P with d = 7

Last two digit no. divisible by 7 = 98

                        \Rightarrow l = 98

                        \\\Rightarrow l = a + (n-1)d\\ \Rightarrow 98 = 14 + (n-1)7 \\ \Rightarrow 14 = 2 + (n-1)\qquad (\text{dividing by }7)\\ 14-2+1 = n \\ n = 13
