Let Jayesh age is x years
Anil's age = x + p (here p is not equal to 0)
Prashanth's age = x - p 

Some of the ages of Prashanth and anil = 48
x+p+x-p = 48
So  2x = 48
So x = 24

Jayesh Age = 24 years.
