Subject: Requesting for two periods of Play time (PT) in a week.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I am a student of Class 7-B of your school. I wanted to inform you that we currently have no PT period in the weekly timetable. Our section wants to request you to grant us at least two periods of PT. As a growing teenagers, that time gives us a break from studies and helps in not only our physical but also co-curricular development. Playing outdoor sports gives us a boosted metabolism and a healthy mind which lead us to learn efficiently. Kindly grant our request.
