Raj: Hey Anuj. I heard you drove yourself to school today.

Anuj: Hi, yeah I did. I even drive cars and bikes to tuition too.

Raj: Do you have a learner’s licence?

Anuj: No, I am yet to turn 16 to get one.

Raj: That is dangerous. What you are doing is illegal and punishable. Even with a learner’s licence, you need to drive with an adult licenced driver.

Anuj: Chill man, it’s not that big a deal.

Raj: No, it is. You are putting not only yourself but everyone you drive around at risk. God forbid, if an accident happens, they could put you in juvenile jail or fine you heavily. The owner of the vehicle will have to face severe consequences. Road safety is not to be taken lightly. I suggest you first get a learner's licence and after procuring a permanent licence, then drive on your own.

Anuj: You are scaring me buddy.

Raj: Good, now at least you know what is in store for you if you don’t follow driving laws.

Anuj: Okay, I am going to wait till I get a permanent licence.
