(i)Let x be the total number of people. If 20 people liked classical music, then 10% of x =\frac{10}{100} \times x = 20

Total number of people x  = (100\times 20)\div 10 = 200 people.

(ii)  Maximum number of people like light music i.e.40 \%.

(iii) If a cassette company were to make 1000 CD’s, then

     Light music CD's = \frac{40}{100} \times 1000 = 400

     Folk music CD's = \frac{30}{100} \times 1000 = 300

     Classical music CD's = \frac{10}{100} \times 1000 = 100

     Semi classical music CD's = \frac{20}{100} \times 1000 = 200
