We know, (1\ l = 1000\ ml) 

Given, Capacity of vessel = 4\ l\ 500\ ml = 4500\ ml

Capacity of a single glass = 25\ ml

\therefore Number of glasses required to fill the vessel = 4500\div25

4500 = (180\times25)+0

Hence, 180 glasses are needed to fill the vessel completely.
