The relation between Kinetic Energy and Momentum(p) is given by

\\p=\sqrt{2mK}\\ p=\sqrt{2\times 9.1\times 10^{-31}\times 56\times 1.6\times 10^{-19}}\\ p=4.038\times 10^{-24}\ kg\ m\ s^{-1}
