\Delta XYZ in which XY= 4.5 cm, YZ = 5 cm and ZX = 6 cm :

1. Draw a line XY = 4.5 cm

2. with x as centre and length= 6cm draw an arc

3. with y as centre and length = 5cm draw another arc to cut the arc drawn in step 2 at Z

4. Join XZ and YZ. XYZ is the required triangle
