As we know 

1 cm = 10 mm 

1 mm = 0.1 cm

So,

(a) 2 mm

=\frac{2}{10}\:cm=0.2\:cm

(b) 30 mm

=\frac{30}{10}\:cm=3.0\: cm 

(c) 116 mm

=\frac{116}{10}\:cm=11.6\: cm

(d) 4 cm 2 mm

=4\:cm+\frac{2}{10}\:cm=4+0.2=4.2\: cm

(e) 162 mm

=\frac{162}{10}\:cm=16.2\: cm

(f) 83 mm

=\frac{83}{10}\:cm=8.3\: cm
