If A and B are two events associated with a random experiment such that P (A) = 0.3, P (B) = 0.2 and P (A ∩ B) = 0.1, then the value of P(A \cap \bar{B})     is _______.

Given data:

P (A) = 0.3

P (B) = 0.2

P (A ∩ B) = 0.1

Now, we know that,

P(A \cap \bar{B}) = P (A) - P (A ∩ B)

            = 0.3 – 0.1

            = 0.2
