\Rightarrow \tan^{-1}x+\cot^{-1}\sqrt{3}=\frac{\pi}{2}

we know that, \Rightarrow \tan^{-1}x+\cot^{-1}x=\frac{\pi}{2}

so, x=\sqrt{3}
