Multiplying a positive integer and a negative integer, we multiply them as whole numbers and put a minus sign (–) before the product. We thus get a negative integer

(i) 6 \times (-19) = -(6\times19) = -114               

(ii) 12 \times (-32) = -(12\times32) = -384                

(iii) 7 \times (-22) = -(7\times22) = -154
