Taking LCM of 11 and 9 we have,

\Rightarrow \frac{-3\times9}{-11\times9}+\frac{5\times11}{9\times11}

\Rightarrow \frac{-27}{-99}+\frac{55}{99}=\frac{27+55}{99} = \frac{82}{99}
