Given that,
Principal =?
Interest = Rs 45
Time = 1 year

Rate= 9% p.a

Therefore, 
Principal = \frac{100\times I}{R\times T}
                       = \frac{100\times 45}{9\times 1} = Rs\ 500

Hence she borrowed total Rs 500
