Identity 1 \Rightarrow (a+b)^{2} = a^{2} + 2ab + b^{2}
 If we replace b with -b in identity 1
We get,
              a^{2} + 2a(-b) + (-b)^{2} = a^{2} - 2ab + b^{2}
which is equal to
                        (a-b)^{2}    which is identity 2
So, we get identity 2 by replacing b with -b in identity 1
