(2y + 5) X ( 2y + 5) =  (2y +5)^{2}
We use identity I for this which is
                                                    (a+b)^{2} = a^{2} + 2ab + b^{2}
 IN this  a = 2y and b = 5
                                      (2y+5)^{2} = (2y)^{2} + 2(2y)(5) + 5^{2}
                                                           = (2y+5)^{2} = 4y^{2} + 20y + 25
