Here we will use : 

                                             (a + b)^2 = a^2 + 2ab + b^2

 Thus                                  

                                             (5.2)^2 = (5.0 + 0.2)^2 = 5^2 + 2(5)(0.2) + (0.2)^2

or                                                                                      = 25 + 2 + 0.04

                                                                                          = 27.04
