   Will current flow more easily through a thick wire or a thin wire of the same material, when connected to the same source? Why?

We know that resistance is given as 

                        R=\frac{\rho l}{A}

R=resistance

\rho=resistivity

l=length of wire

A=area of cross section

Resistance is inversely proportional to the area of cross-section.

Thicker the wire more is cross-sectional area resulting in less resistance resulting in more current flow.
