From the figure normal to the plane is

Equation of plane is

\begin{aligned} &5(x-5)-3(y+3)-2(z+2)=0\\ &5x-3y-2z=38 \end{aligned}

In vector form

\vec{r}.(5\hat{i}-3\hat{j}-2\hat{k})=38
