The area cleaned by one wiper is:- 

                                                   Area\ =\ \frac{\Theta}{360^{\circ}}\ \times \pi r^2

or                                                             =\ \frac{115^{\circ}}{360^{\circ}}\ \times \pi \times 25^2

or                                                            =\ \frac{158125}{252}\ cm^2

Hence the required area (area cleaned by both blades) is given by:- 

                                                              =\ 2\times \frac{158125}{252}\ =\ \frac{158125}{126}\ cm^2
