(c)  For finding average speed we need to calculate the total path travelled.

Total path   =    OP + arc PQ  +  OQ   

                  = 1+ \frac{1}{4}(2\Pi \times1)+ 1

                   = 3.57\ Km

 Time\ taken\ in\ hour\ = \frac{1}{6}

So the avg. speed is   :

                   = \frac{3.57}{\frac{1}{6}}\ =\ 21.42\ Km/h
