The central angle of rainy $=\frac{120^{\circ}}{360^{\circ}} \times 360^{\circ}=120^{\circ}$
The central angle of winter $=\frac{150^{\circ}}{360^{\circ}} \times 360^{\circ}=150^{\circ}$
