Total money merchant has = Rs.\ 78, 592

Cost of one radio set = Rs.\ 1200

\therefore Cost of 40 radio sets = Rs.\ (1200 \times 40 )= Rs.\ 48,000

\therefore Money left with the merchant = Rs.\ (78,592 - 48,000) = Rs. \ 30,592

Therefore, money left with her after purchase = Rs. \ 30,592
