We have table-top measures 2 m 25 cm by 1 m 50 cm.
Therefore, the Perimeter of the table-top = sum of all sides 
                                                                 = 2\times(L+B)
                                                                 = 2\times ((2m + 0.25m) + (1m + 0.5m))
                                                                 = 7.5 m
