Due to the resonance in aniline, the electrons of nitrogen atoms delocalized over the benzene ring. So, because of that, the electron density at the N atom decreases and is less available for donation.

           

                                                                                                           

On the other hand, In the case of methylamine, the methyl \left.{ }_{( } \mathrm{CH}_3\right) group is the electron electron-donating group (+I effect) which increases the electron density at the N atom. Hence p K_b value of aniline is higher than that of methylamine.
