Firstly, open the brackets:  

                      \small 2x(z-x-y) = 2xz -2x^2-2xy

and               \small 2y(z-y-x) = 2yz-2y^2-2xy

Adding both, we get :   

                      \small 2xz -2x^2-2xy +2yz-2y^2-2xy

or                  \small = -2x^2-2y^2-4xy + 2xz+2yz
