The correct increasing order of crystal field is:

[Cr(Cl)_{6}]^{3-}< [Cr(NH_{3})_{6}]^{3+} < [Cr(CN)_{6}]^{3-}

According to the spectrochemical series, this is also the correct increasing of order of the field strength.
