To convert the given fractional into the per cent we have to do multiplication in numerator and denominator by 100
Now,
(a)\frac{1}{8}
\Rightarrow \frac{1}{8}\times100 = \frac{100}{8}\%=12.5\%

(b)\frac{5}{4}
\Rightarrow \frac{5}{4}\times100 = \frac{500}{4}\%=125\%

(c)\frac{3}{40}
\Rightarrow \frac{3}{40}\times 100 = \frac{300}{40}\%=7.5\%

(d)\frac{2}{7}
\Rightarrow \frac{2}{7}\times100 = \frac{200}{7}\%=28.57\%
