The circle represents that 20\% students use cycle for transportation,40\% walk and 40\% use bus or car for transportation.

Therefore, \frac{2}{5} of the circle represents the students using Bus or car, \frac{2}{5} of the circle represents the students who walk to school and \frac{1}{5} of the circle represents the students using cycle.
