           \frac{5p^{2}-25p+20}{p-1} = \frac{5p^{2} -5p -20p +20}{p-1} = \frac{5p(p-1)-20(p-1)}{p-1}\\ \\ \frac{(5p-20)(p-1)}{p-1} = 5p-20
