We have,
               10 ab + 4a + 5b + 2  = 2a(5b + 2) + 1(5b + 2)
                                                         = (5b + 2)(2a + 1)
Therefore,
                 10 ab + 4a + 5b + 2= (5b + 2)(2a + 1)
