5 x^2 y - 15 xy^2

We have,
            5x^2y = 5 \times x\times x \times y
            15xy^2 =3\times 5 \times x\times y \times y
\therefore   on factorization we get,
     5x^2y - 15xy^2 = (5 \times x \times x \times y ) - (3\times 5 \times x \times y \times y )
                                   =(5\times x \times y) ( x - 3\times y )
                                   =5xy (x-3y)
