Young’s modulus is given as the ratio of stress to strain when the body is behaving elastically. 

From the given graph for stress 150*10^6 Nm^{-2} when the strain is 0.002, we can take any other stress and strain from the graph and the value of Young's Modulus will not change but here these two values are perfectly meeting at one point in the graph

\\Y=\frac{Stress}{Strain}\\ Y=\frac{150\times 10^{6}}{0.002}\\ Y=7.5\times 10^{2}Nm^{-2}
