Our L.H.S.

 \Rightarrow \frac{3x}{3x+2}   

R.H.S. = 1/2

It can be clearly observed that L.H.S is not equal to R.H.S

So, the correct statement is,

 \frac{3x}{3x+2} = \frac{3x}{3x+2}
