Given

f(x)=\frac{x }{ 1+ \tan x }

Now, As we know the derivative of any function

\frac{d(\frac{x}{1+\tan x})}{dx}=\frac{(1+\tan x)d(\frac{dx}{dx})-x(\frac{d(1+\tan x)}{dx})}{(1+\tan x)^2}

\frac{d(\frac{x}{1+\tan x})}{dx}=\frac{(1+\tan x)(1)-x(\sec^2x)}{(1+\tan x)^2}

\frac{d(\frac{x}{1+\tan x})}{dx}=\frac{1+\tan x-x\sec^2x}{(1+\tan x)^2}
