Given polynomial is  5x - 4x^2 +3 

Now, at x = 2  value is 

\Rightarrow 5(2)-4(2)^2+3 = 10 - 16 + 3 = -3

Therefore, value of polynomial 5x - 4x^2 +3 at x = 2 is  -3
