\\\alpha +\beta =-\frac{1}{4}\\ \alpha \beta =\frac{1}{4}

\\x^{2}-(\alpha +\beta )+\alpha \beta =0\\ x^{2}-\left (-\frac{1}{4} \right )x+\frac{1}{4}=0\\ 4x^{2}+x+1=0

The required quadratic polynomial is 4x2 + x + 1
