Given AP series is

\small 0.6,1.7,2.8,3.9,...

Now, the first term of this AP series is 0.6

Therefore,

First term of AP series (a) = 0.6

Now,

a_1=0.6 \ \ and \ \ a_2 = 1.7

And common difference (d)  = a_2-a_1 = 1.7-0.6 = 1.1

Therefore, the first term and the common difference is 0.6 and  1.1 respectively
