F_2+Xe(in-excess)\rightarrow XeF_2;under-673k,1bar

2F_2+Xe(1:5ratio)\rightarrow XeF_4;under-873k,7bar

3F_2+Xe(1:20ratio)\rightarrow XeF_6;under-573k,65bar

XeF6 can also be made by the interacting XeF_4and O_2F_2at 143K.

XeF_4+O_2F_2\rightarrow XeF_6+O_2
